The E-Drive system is designed to the following legislation and standards. A signed EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and Declaration of Incorporation (DoI) is supplied with the product.
- Recreational Craft Directive (2013/53/EU) — RCD applies to the finished craft, not to E-Drive as a product. E-Drive 15/30 is designed and documented to support the boat builder’s craft RCD file:

- Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) — E-Drive 15/30 is partly completed machinery. It is supplied with a Declaration of Incorporation and assembly instructions.

- Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) (2012/19/EU)
- EN 50419: WEEE marking. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. The crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol means it must be collected separately.
