This page walks you through what to do when something is not right with your E-Power system. Follow these steps to identify the problem, gather useful information, and get help as efficiently as possible.
Before reaching out for help, take a moment to describe what you are experiencing. Understanding the type of issue helps you gather the right information and helps Integrel respond faster.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Mechanical | Unusual noise from the engine bay, belt wear or slipping, pulley misalignment, vibration |
| Electrical / Network | No data on the touchscreen, CAN bus errors, Smart Switch disconnecting, battery readings incorrect |
| Software / Display | Error messages on the touchscreen, system not charging, incorrect readings, screen frozen |
Once you have identified the category, move to Step 2.
Many issues have straightforward solutions. Before contacting support, review the resources that match your issue type:
Tip: If the issue appeared after a recent change — new software, a wiring modification, or engine service — start by reversing or inspecting that change.
Be honest about your experience with marine electrical systems. This helps determine the fastest path to resolution.
I can follow guided steps
You are comfortable working around your engine, checking connections, reading diagnostics, and following written procedures. Use the Troubleshooting page to work through the issue and gather diagnostic data (Step 4) before contacting Integrel.
I need hands-on help
You prefer not to work on electrical or mechanical systems yourself. Skip ahead to Step 4 to gather what information you can (photos and video are the most valuable), then contact Integrel. We can connect you with a service partner in your area if needed.
This is the most important step. Good diagnostic data allows Integrel to understand your issue quickly — often without a site visit.

What the diagnostics tell us: The diagnostic screen shows live data from every component in your Integrel system — voltages, temperatures, error flags, and charging status. This is the single most useful piece of information when troubleshooting remotely. For a full breakdown of what each parameter means, see Advanced Diagnostics (P-Codes).
Photos and video of your system while it is running are extremely valuable. Capture whatever is relevant to your issue:

Best practice: A short video taken while the system is running — panning across the engine bay and then showing the touchscreen diagnostics — is the single best way to help us understand what is happening.

After Integrel reviews your diagnostic data, we will recommend the best path forward. This may include:
If on-site work is required, Integrel can connect you with an authorized service partner in your area. Use the Service Partner Map on our website to find the nearest partner.
Important: Service partner labour and any associated costs are the customer's responsibility. Integrel's warranty covers parts only. See below for details.
If the issue appears to be related to how the system was installed — wiring routing, mounting, mechanical alignment — your boatbuilder may be the best resource. Integrel will advise if this is the case.
Integrel warrants its products on a parts-only basis for two (2) years from the date of commissioning, with a maximum of 36 months from the shipping date. This warranty does not cover labour, installation, removal, or associated service costs.
If equipment needs to be replaced, Integrel will use the serial number to determine whether the part falls within the warranty period. Parts covered under warranty will be replaced at no cost. Out-of-warranty replacement parts are available at OOW pricing, typically through a service partner.
For the full warranty terms, exclusions, and remedies, see the Warranty Policy page.
